Having a healthy body helps to create a calmer mind, ready for learning.  Our sports programs develops the child's skills in the sport whilst improving their motor skills, balance, coordination and teamwork. ​

Expert and engaging coaches will introduce your students to activities that are aligned with the curriculum.  Each program brings its own special benefits, but you can be sure that the children will enjoy learning fundamental movement skills, through challenge and adventure.

We recognise the importance of developing skills in a non-competitive way, allowing children to develop relationships with their school mates.  We promote social and mental awareness along with physical prowess. Children learn how to share, take turns and listen to instruction in a fun, stress-free environment

Fundamental Gymnastics helps children to increase their confidence and competence in movement; preparing them for a variety of other sports and activities.

Learning circus skills is physical, creative education.   It’s perfect for students who dislike or lack confidence in traditional sports or academic pursuits.

​Skills like juggling increase the brains’ ability to process visual/motion information, and can improve academic performance.

KARATE
  • learn to have the courage and commitment to never give up so that they can follow their dreams with improved focus
  • respect everyone, both peers and teachers, while improving their stability and core strength
  • control their movement through a range of stances and understand how to defend themselves in a safe manner
Karate is an all-encompassing mind, body and spirit activity that teaches children how to improve their mental strength as well as physical strength and coordination - and all whilst having fun.​
STREET DANCE

Learning to move to rhythm is a great way for a child to see what their body can do.

​Fun, achievable dance routines will channel boundless energy and inspire your less sporty children to want to get into the groove.
