Two Flexible Ways to Engage Kids Unlimited
Schools can choose from two different delivery models depending on what works best for their community.
School-Paid Programs
The school engages Kids Unlimited directly to deliver programs for students. These can be incorporated into the school day or run as lunchtime sessions, providing schools with a flexible way to enhance their existing curriculum and enrichment offering.
Parent-Paid Programs
Our parent-paid model makes it easy for schools to offer extra-curricular activities with minimal administration.
Programs can run before, during or after school, typically across 8 weeks of the school term. Parents enrol and pay directly through the Kids Unlimited Parent Portal, while we manage the program administration.
Simple Online Portals for Parents & Schools
Our dedicated Parent Portal makes enrolment simple. Parents can register their children for programs and view information about the program and the coursework their child will be learning throughout the term.
Schools also have access to their own School Portal, providing visibility of live enrolments and helping school teams stay informed without having to manage registrations themselves.
Child Safety at Every Step
Creating a safe and well-managed environment for every child is central to the way Kids Unlimited operates.
A roll is marked at the beginning of every class. If an enrolled student is absent, their parent or guardian receives an SMS notification, providing an additional layer of communication and oversight.
For programs requiring parent collection, each child is also signed out at the end of the session when collected by their parent or authorised guardian, helping ensure students are safely accounted for from the beginning of the program through to pick-up.
