The first step is to create your account on our Parent Portal, ku.zone using a phone, tablet or computer. After searching for your School Name, all programs available in your school will be displayed and you'll be able to follow easy on-screen instructions to enrol and pay online with your credit card. CAN WE ATTEND A TRIAL LESSON?

Please note: In order to book your trial lesson, it is a requirement to have your credit card details entered into your parent portal. WE LOVED OUR TRIAL LESSON, WHAT'S NEXT?

For child safety reasons, all trials must be scheduled in advance by a parent/guardian. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The only accepted payment method is using credit card payments via your Parent Portal (ku.zone). It's simple, safe and easy to keep track of all payments! We do not accept cash, cheques, EFT or Direct Deposit. DO I NEED TO RE-ENROL EVERY TERM?
Yes, you do need to re-enrol each term. We do not automatically re-enrol students for subsequent terms. Re-enrolments are required prior to the first lesson (minimum 24 hours in advance, subject to availability!) WE MISSED A CLASS. CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not provide credits, discounts or refunds for missed classes. If you inform us in advance, we may offer up to 3 Make-Up classes per term. Make-up classes are provided at one of our Learning Centres and are subject to availability. Attendance at 2 lessons in a term is deemed an enrolment, and all enrolments are subject to full fees. CAN I cancel and get a refund?
A refund will only be provided if a cancellation request is received in writing at least 7-days prior to the program starting. You can email us this request. Please note; all cancellations incur a 20% administration fee and can take 7-10 days to be refunded to your card. CAN I GET A CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION?
Yes! All students get a certificate after each term that they participate. These certificates can be downloaded from your Parent Portal account. Can you escort my child to class?
Unfortunately it can be disruptive and impractical for our coaches to escort individual students to classes. Where possible we ask the school to issue reminders and make announcements prior to the commencement of any lessons. Can my child depart alone?
Due to our Duty of Care obligations we must handover students directly to a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. By default this is at the classroom or learning area listed on our portal. The only exception to this is for children 10 years and over whose parent has signed and returned an Independent Departure Form available from Kids Unlimited. |
