Understanding how to fuel our bodies to help ignite our minds is an important life skill. Our partner, Foost, is all about encouraging children to eat healthily as well as teaching them how to prepare and cook safely.
Our cooking program guides children to learn safe preparation and cooking techniques while they create delicious meals that are nutritious and healthy. An essential part of the experience is being able to eat what they have created. The children are encouraged to continue their enjoyment and learning with take-home recipes. All classes are allergy friendly with all ingredients and equipment provided.
